Arthur Roth, commissioner of the state Department of Taxation and Finance, will keynote The Council's annual Conference on State Taxation, which is set for June 18-20 in Saratoga Springs.

Roth will speak during a dinner that is set for Wednesday, June 19. The conference will take place at the Sheraton Saratoga Springs.

The Business Council has sponsored this conference each year since 1984. In those 18 years, it has evolved into the premier session of its kind on state taxation.

The Business Council conducts the session each year in cooperation with the state Department of Taxation and Finance.

The purpose of the conference is to give tax professionals from business the opportunity to network with experts who write and implement state tax laws.

The conference agenda includes both formal presentations on technical aspects of state tax law and ample opportunities for networking.

For a reservation form visit our Tax Conference Web page. Agenda details will be posted there as well.
