ALBANY, N.Y.—The Business Council of New York State, Inc., today announced that Campbell Brown, education reform advocate and former anchor for NBC News and CNN, will deliver the keynote address at the 2015 Annual Meeting.
Ms. Brown is an engaging public speaker and highly-regarded expert on education issues. After leaving CNN in 2012, Ms. Brown began focusing on reforming the nation’s education system. Most recently she created The Seventy Four, a “non-profit, non-partisan news site about education.”
“Campbell Brown’s breadth of knowledge, and focus on improving education for our nation’s school children, makes her the ideal keynote speaker for our organization,” said Heather C.
