You may cancel your registration up to seven days prior to the event. You will be refunded, less a $25 processing fee. Cancellations received after June 4, 2024, will not be eligible for a refund. We encourage you to send a substitute in your place if you cannot attend.

3. You will then receive an emailed confirmation. Please note if you do not receive an email, please check your spam. Please open the email and click either the red button on the top that says “manage booking” or scroll further down and click the red button that says “get the app”. We suggest downloading the app as you will also be able to use this app to check-in, control functions in your room, and browse menus.
4. Pull up your reservation using one of the methods above and attach your credit card to the reservation. You can also prepay if you wish through the link here. Please note that all reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card.
